Who we are

Labourpower Trade are a team of industry specialists providing staffing solutions for our clients and the best job opportunities on the market for our field staff. Labourpower Trade continues to develop and  invest in cutting-edge tools and state-of-the art technology to continually deliver greater value to both our clients and candidates.

What do we do

Labourpower Trade is a National provider of supplementary labour to the Roads, Rail and Construction Industries. We consistently achieve the highest level of Client satisfaction due to the depth of Industry knowledge and understanding.

We pride ourselves in listening to our Clients and working in a close and collaborative partnership to achieve the highest level of service. Working with both client and field staff, we are constantly communicating with both parties to ensure that both of their needs and expectations are being met.  Our customised technology platforms make it easy for both clients and field staff to be kept in the loop of all that is happening at the press of a button. For those that prefer an “old school” phone call or face to face discussion, our National Branch locations make it easy for this to happen as often as needed.

With our collective experience in the Roads, Rail and Construction, Labourpower Trade are proud to be the primary supplier to several major clients operating around Australia through both major cities and regionally. Like all of our competitors, we look to attract employees from the same places, be it online, printed media or word of mouth. The difference between Labourpower Trade and that of our competitors is our focus on candidate management and development.  Our successes are consistently achieved by sourcing and supplying the “best fit” resources, based on the required qualifications, licenses or skills, together with the appropriate behaviours and attitudes to suit a broad range of clients around Australia.

Safety

Labourpower Trade is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our workers. WHS is one of our highest priorities and we strive to prevent harm through effective policies, procedures and good practices. Our WHS management system has been developed in alignment with AS/NZS 4801: Occupational health and safety management systems.

All employees are advised of their respective WHS responsibilities during safety induction training. We take any breaches of our policies seriously, and disciplinary action including termination for misconduct may be taken against any person who does not comply with these policies.
